I have attached a patch that appears to fix the problem. It may be a bit ham-fisted, but from what I could understand about the cache, I believe it does the right thing.

The view cache is not invalidated when changing view. See the thread at http://lists.horde.org/archives/kronolith/Week-of-Mon-20090119/007086.html for more explanation, etc.
