Actually, I don't see the quota anymore at all in FW_3.
I could not reproduce this.  Prior to the fix, I could see the quota
by clicking on 'Get Mail'.
Ok. I tried the fix and now it is solved. The quota is showing up 
instantly after logging in. Now is all fine. Thx.

At the startup of DIMP the qouta is not displayed. It is visible
after clicking 'Fetch Mails'. Then it stays visible for the rest of
the session. According to ticket #7254 it will be checked at every
'Fetch Mail', so it should be also checked and displayed at startup.
Fixed.
