This is precisely what is mentioned in docs/INSTALL. You need to upgrade to PHP 5.2.5+.

What PHP version? That's PHP Version 5.2.0-8+etch13 (debian etch) If required, I send you the link to my horde/test.php overview.

What PHP version? I believe this is a duplicate of other bugs, and the underlying issue is a bug in the PHP json extension in older PHP versions.

I'm using Horde Webmail edition, 1.2 final. If I select using DIMP, all message-bodies and subjects are shown until the first special character (e.g. ä, ö, ü, ß....). But the charset I use - utf-8 - does support them. In the traditional IMP this works well. Thanks, Markus
