As server and clients have to be updated  synchronously, there may be 
the need of an

config option in Ingo to change this, if the Server is changed to use 
UTF-8 or already using UTF-8

A sieve_utf8fileinto option has been added to Cyrus 2.3.13-RC2.

cyrus-imapd-2.3.12 expects sieve foldernames in UTF-8, not in IMAP-UTF-7.

There should be a configuration option (if it could not negotiated 
with the sieve server) in Ingo to switch the encoding of folder names 
for fileinto actions.
