seems like an enhancement to me, but I wholly agree.

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature request. If $_prefs['compose_spellcheck'] is enabled, and you go to send a message.. The spell checker is invoked. If there are no spelling errors identified, we feel that you shouldn't have to hit "Send Message" a second time.
