Committed the general idea of the ticket, but in a different way.   
Added a new api method to Trean to retrieve an appropriate url for 
adding a bookmark depending on browser ability...also added the 
current gallery page to the bookmarked link.



Also, added some of the icons, but left out a few that didn't really 
seem to fit IMO. (datatree, showpanel, and user). I'll continue 
looking for something that fits.

Not sure I agree with all the icon selections, but I do agree (and 
have been actively looking for) the need for more icons in that widget.

- add icons for every action

- replace Auth::isAuthenticated() with the correct call to 
gallery->canDownload()

- add the “Add to bookmarks” link if Trean is installed.
