Not a bug.  The moving code was removed because it did not work 
properly on a UI level and nobody stepped up to help me out.  Also, 
the UI code was flawed since it did not allow drag/drop to the base 
level.



This request should be made on the DIMP roadmap on the wiki.

It is not possible to rename folders in a subfolder such as the folder 
gets moved out into another folder, e.g.



aaa.bbb.ccc -> aaa.ccc



BTW: dragging and dropping of folders was possible some time ago, now 
it seems to be disabled, is there any reason for that?
