request was rejected, slowly i am seeing more and more people mention
this same thing on the net in general and in the dev list for horde..
I think this should be something that needs looking into with more thought..

support for that in some places added to the login screen.
We host about 15,000 odd email accounts and there is a robot that is
brut forcing peoples login and using this to send HUNDREDS of spam
messages through out horde/imp install, this has caused our mail
cluster to get blacklisted.
i know it is horde/imp as when you look at the headers of on of the
messages you see (Horde MIME library) with HTTP.
