resets the folder tree after changing the translation, which should
fix this.

Now, change it to, say, "Deutsch", via the Options menu: The name of
the Inbox is still in English ("Inbox") rather than German, in the
folder selection box (red pointer in the attached screen shot). In the
header line, however, the name is correctly displayed as
Posteingang; also the leftmost menu item correctly reads
Posteingang.
When you log out, and in again, the name of the Inbox is correctly
displayed in German.
