Closing as rejected since weatherdotcom will no longer be supported in
the future.

We should get what we can from this and close it.

Setting this to stalled, because it has some nice layout ideas that we
might want to pick from. But the license problem and lost details
compared to the current block doesn't make it viable for distribution.

The glossy and stardock icons are copyrighted, but they mention the
icons can be used and distributed by free software providing some
conditions. I see now the conditions of the glossy and stardock icons
aren't fully met and might be impossible to include under Horde's
license. I'm no lawyer, but I thought it could be worked out.

How about just including the original dotcom icons (which are already
included in Horde). With those icons this block still provides a nice
view of the weather forecasts and the choice of icon (size) sets might
inspire users to create and share new icon sets.

The icons' license does not allow bundling.

I found the weather.com block to be quite ugly so I made this adaptation.

Feel free to include (parts of) this in the base install or otherwise
distribute this further.
