correct queue, and leaves it at the default value. So 90% of the bugs are
misfiled into the first queue in the list. Proposed solution is to
not default
the Queue selection box to the first queue, but instead make them actually
select a Queue entry from the list, hoping that in doing so they will take
the time to select the correct queue.
