I'm pretty sure this has been fixed already.
Hi Jan, I've just checked with CVS HEAD and the Kronolith Kolab driver 
still doesn't implement exceptions. Attached is a new patch against 
CVS HEAD which implements this.

  The Kolab driver for Kronolith doesn't currently include support for 
exceptions (exclusions in the Kolab spec), so a single date in a 
series of repeating dates can't be deleted. The attached patch 
corrects this, unfortunately I'm not able to work against HEAD due to 
time constraints, sorry.
