Works as well as with any other rule. I changed the "rulenumber" for each of my 19 rules in the database by hand now. I begun with 0 and ended with 18. Now it works! The rulenumbers where 176xx before !? I don't know why.

Works perfectly for me. And the rulenumber parameter is correct because it's zero-based. can you try to copy an existing rule and then move that rule around? In this case it doesn't work for me.

When trying to move a rule up or down, the rule doesn't get moved. Also not if if specify the new location of the rule in the "To:" filed. It seems that only the "rulenumber" parameter gets changed. But the "rulenumber" parameter doesn't match the Rulenumber in the listing of the rules.
