I would extend it with the following - When I reply plain text message I replay in plain text When I reply HTML message I replay in HTML regardless of "HTML Composing" setting.

HTML composing is on by default, IT DOES NOT HELP!!! When I reply, first it converts source message to plain text, then switches to HTML editing mode. Result - broken source message. See attachment for details.

Change your settings to compose HTML messages by default.

When I reply HTML message, it automaticly converts it to PLAIN TEXT spoiling layout of the message. Need option to disable it.
