Please re-read CODING_STANDARDS. I've committed something similar to your patch; I just had processMail() ignore messages generated by Whups instead of recording them and not sending notifications.

Ok i'll read the coding standards, clean-up the patch, but you mentioned you didn't like the use of the info field? Or did I misunderstand that? cuz I thought it should go inside the info, because its info about the ticket?

Okay, I see the point of this now. If you clean up these patches to follow horde/doc/CODING_STANDARDS they'll get committed sooner. Also, I'd think there's got to be a standard header to use for stuff like this instead of creating our own. And if I go ahead and apply this I'll probably tweak the $info setting, not sure I'm happy with that.

Adds support to the auto-submit field. The support is added to reading e-mail (not repling on mails whith this field set to something other as no). as well as always setting this field. (To avoid getting automated reply's on our mails). Patch is agains cvs.
