Cannot reproduce. Most likely configuration issue, as stated.

Have you set up your identity informations in Horde Webmail user settings?
- you have to enter your full name (eg. Timo Timmonnen)
- you have to enter your email-address (eg. timo@example.com)

Else you should activate ActiveSync logging in Horde and paste the logfile..

I have successfully created (= 1st sync of mails happens) a new
Outlook Account in Outlook 2013 (15.0.4623.1000) as part of MS Office
(15.0.4623.1003).

However, whenever I either write a new e-mail OR reply to an e-mail,
they are stuck in my OL 'Outbox' and never get sent to the recipient.
And yes, internet connection is OK, sending from Horde (5.2.0-git) is
OK, but not with Outlook 2013.

What's the problem (or how to debug that further)? My colleague using
W8 Tablet with Outlook 2013 that is working just fine (using the same
mail server).
