Outlook will no longer send email using SMTP, it just times outs. What does Outlook have to do with Horde/IMP? Using the Web interface to attach files instead is clunky at best and only attaches a link and not the file ... Not a professional look Don't use linked attachments then. This is a support question, not a bug report. Please use the mailing lists to ask for support. http://www.horde.org/mail/ contains a list of all available mailing lists.
