Its a known bug in Nokia Mail for Exchange for Symbian Phones (yes,
that are old devices) that MfE sends mails with the sender name "Mail
for Exchange <realaddress@domain>" instead of the real name.
Specific Device is a Nokia E71.

There should be an option to replace this wrong From: with the real
name before the mail is shipped by the mailserver.

So
   "From: Mail for Exchange <john.doe@domain.com>"
should be (optionally) changed to
   "From: John Doe <john.doe@domain.com>"
when a MfE-Client wants to send a mail.

I don't expect any update from Nokia in this case, anymore :)
