Patch ⇒ No
extended share-form fails, if previously the specific user was granted
rights on another calendar.
Steps to reproduce:
1. create two calendars CalA and CalB
2. share CalA on extented share-tab to a specific user by choosing him
in the select element
3. save
4. open details of CalB (without refreshing the whole page), go to
ext. share-tab
- --> user(s) chosen in step 2 will be disabled.
After refreshing the whole page, it'll be ok.
