Regardless of these particular rights, an IMAP server can tie any
rights they want together. So what you see on the ACL page is what
the IMAP server is reporting - there is no guarantee that what you
select on the ACL page will be the actual rights allowed on the server.

something is still fishy with the ACL editor:
- Create a new ACL entry and enable all checkboxes
- Save
- Uncheck an ACL one at a time, starting from the right side.
- Save
-> The "Purge" right will also enable/disable "Delete" and
"Create/Delete mailbox".
Others also behave funny.
