I had the same error popping out and the problem was with the special characters in "Full name" under Identity. I removed commas from names and the error is gone.

A backtrace would help to see where this is coming from and what exactly is passed to Horde_Mime_Part.

Hello Jan, Yes, the user has a valid email address. In the ticket, the email address appears like this: Requester HECTOR MORENO, DDFR <testing_ddfr (at) testing (dot) csic (dot) es> I suppose this is not the problem but I show you in case it helps. Does the owner have a correct email address entered into his identity?

Hello everybody, When creating or modifying a ticket, it is supposed to send an email to the owner, but an error appears: Jun 15 12:39:32 carpe10 HORDE: [whups] Error when parsing dot-atom.
