~~Bug #11332~~ fix this bug as well, the new page id was a permission problem.

when renaming a page with attachments, the attachments are not moved/merged but are orphaned with the old pageid in wicked_attachments* table as well as in the vfs storage (only sql checked) I can confirm the bug.
