Fighting with translation issue I've accidentally deleted the template option value. Thanks for hint. The ticket should be closed.

I don't see this. And this sounds like the "app" parameter is not passed to prefs.php, but it's hardcoded in Global Preferences, so I don't see how this could happen.

Get IMP in dynamic mode. Choose Preferences. Choose Edit Preferences for: Choose Global Preferences. You get: A fatal error has occurred is not activated. 1. Horde_Core_Prefs_Ui->__construct() /.../services/prefs.php:24 2. Horde_Registry->pushApp() /.../pear/php/Horde/Core/Prefs/Ui.php:111
