That's a broken message.  Per RFC 5322, a header is separated from the 
body by an empty line.  Thus, everything after the first line of this 
header:

-----
X-Spam_report: Software zur Erkennung von "Spam" auf dem Rechner

      wieczorek-systems.de [...]
-----

is treated as the body.

When using spamassassin and exim to manipulate headers the subject 
line in the tabular overview displays the subject correctly.
However when opening the message or displaying it in preview the 
subject is missing, instead "[no subject]" is displayed, even when 
answering to the message.
This occures only when spamassassin actually runs, when the 
run-condition is expanded to false, the subject is displayed correctly.
