So, you are saying that Thunderbird is once happy with the request
and once not with the same request? How is that a bug in Horde?
Because it was just the first sync, which did not work. After manually
forcing a second sync, the events were collected from horde correctly.
Anyway I can not reproduce this anymore. Don't know, whether its
working due to new updates to horde, a server restart or
thunderbird-updates.
Can be closed.

I'm trying to sync my calendars with lightning, after getting login to
work now :)

It seems that after login the first sync does not work, thunderbird
throws following errors:
Warning: There has been an error reading data for calendar:
TRiyKgXxcxFNifv3y0-WoiA. Error code: CAL_UTF8_DECODING_FAILED.
Description: An error occured while decoding an iCalendar (ics) file
as UTF-8. Check that the file, including symbols and accented letters,
is encoded using the UTF-8 character encoding.
Warning: There has been an error reading data for calendar:
TRiyKgXxcxFNifv3y0-WoiA. Error code: READ_FAILED. Description:

No events will be displayed then. After forcing to reload remote
calendars, the events will be grabbed from horde correctly and are
being displayed without errors.
