Agreed.  That is, at minimum, a modified theme that is not shipped 
with Horde/IMP - there's no way we can troubleshoot local modifications.

This is probably still the most used browser with Horde, and no one 
else reported this before, so I'm pretty sure this is some issue with 
your browser. Or maybe with you CSS because you seem to use a custom 
theme.

What do you mean with "flicker"?
When I reply to an email or when I compose a new email (in this case 
when then I attach a file) the yellow part of the pop-up (see my 
attach, please) beign to flick. I mean that the email that I'm writing 
being to blinking or lightning if you prefer. I hope that my english 
is good but if you have a I.E. 8 I think you can try and understand 
what I'm meaning. Best regards

Hi all. I'm testing Horde webmail and, olny using I.E. 8, when I 
attach a file the composing pop-up being to flicker. Using I.E. 9 or 
Chrome or Firefox is all rigth. You know wath can I do? Thank's a lot,
