> Please see attached compose1.jpg and received1.jpg. Those are from > IMP, newly discovered same problem with DIMP. Chinese characters > converted to ??? signs. Not sure if it was intermittent or server > software problem, but all PHP modules installed and other PHP > applications like PHPBB on the same server worked ok with utf8 > Chinese characters.
