Comment	> Some applications (like Astral) have no entry in the toolbar > ('status' => 'notoolbar') but they do support user settings. The menu > entry for such an application is not present in the auto-expanding > menu (the little cogged wheel icon). One needs to select some other > setting (like general settings) and then use the navigation menu on > the upper right corner of services/prefs.php.
