> The documentation claims that Horde is compatible with PHP >= 5.3, > but the installer will fail with errors on PHP 7.0, saying it > requires PHP <= 6.0. Either the documentation should be corrected, or > (more likely) the installer should be modified to recognize that PHP > 7.0 does exist and can be used to run Horde.
