Comment	> I wish .htaccess files could use the Include directive. Unless > someone has a bright idea, I guess we need to change the docs to tell > the users to create the configuration in the Apache configuration > file. Of course this won't work if the user installs into a separate > directory because he only has limited access to the system. :-(
