I don't think we can determine reliably on the server side if the 
download happened successfully. But a notification to the sender and a 
link to delete the attachment embedded in this notification would be 
nice.

Hi there:

After link attachments were send through from IMP.The IMP'sender would 
like to know :

  1.When was link attachment downloaded(eq. send a notification to sender) ? or

  2.If downloaded completely,then destroy it automatically.



I guess both of the two functions,could be handle by hacking 
horde/imp/attachment.php .
