Fixed in HEAD and 4.0.2 (we don't allow empty labels).

It's possible to create virtual folders without names.  You can access 
them from the folders drop down, but you can't delete from the folder 
management screen.  Search criteria saved as virtual folders should 
either force the user to enter a name, or should supply a default name.
