As you can see, we use shared mailboxes, which work pretty actually. Is your nav_poll_all pref true? Regardless, I refactored the polling code to do better sanity checking for these occurrences. You can try this patch to see if it helps. However, this is not a critical error since these errors should not affect Horde/IMP at all - just adds noise to the logs. is all.
