eh, nevermind. Doesn't need to be moved to Horde. Thought it had core dependency.

this script needs to be updated for Horde 4 and moved to horde/bin.

Patch fixes VFS module file name for horde-vfs script. This script is still broken because Horde_Vfs uses Horde_String and autoloading doesn't work in horde-vfs.
