FWIW, I don&#039;t see your problem.  When I switch too quickly, I see nothing at all (the textarea disappears).</description>

I don&#039;t think so, because I waited a while before clicking on &quot;HTML composition&quot;, and I do get some text.

I&#039;ve just noticed now that :
- reply to a message (wait that everything shows up OK) and then click on &quot;HTML composition&quot; =&gt; text is HTML source
- reply to a message (wait that everything shows up OK), modify the reply message and then click on &quot;HTML composition&quot; =&gt; text is OK.

if compose_html=1, then I get this behaviour.
See attached email I received after replying to a text message sent from bugs@horde.org and compose_html=1.

I don&#039;t any issue when compose_html=0
