When I switch too quickly, I see nothing at all (the textarea disappears). I've just noticed now that : - reply to a message (wait that everything shows up OK) and then click on "HTML composition" => text is HTML source - reply to a message (wait that everything shows up OK), modify the reply message and then click on "HTML composition" => text is OK.
