Embedded entities like > are not parsed by the new SimpleXML based help parser. Tags containing such entities are dropped completely without any notice or error message. See Kronolith's help entry for widget as an example.

Actually, the problem was that this code existed in an XML tag () that wasn't handled by the help parser. Instead, create a tag to handle this kind of data.
