Fixes for channel_slug and story_author

The current code does not take into account that channel_slug and story_author are required fields. Diff files for fixes to these issues are available at: hot-rain.com/Sql.php.diff for jonah/lib/Driver/Sql.php hot-rain.com/StoryEdit.php.diff for jonah/lib/View/StoryEdit.php hot-rain.com/Story.php.diff for jonah/lib/Form/Story.php also fixes a problem with the setting of the button text.
