So, after updating, i have 9/17 in the sidebar and 9/16 in the mailbox, but only 8 unread messages, because the new message is missing. Oh, and I already emptied the cache to make sure there's no corruption. But looking at the IMAP log did indicate that caching was broken. I have fixed that issue - maybe that was causing your problems?
