At Options -> Message Options -> Customize how you send mail

At Options -> Message Options -> Customize how you send mail, there's the "Your default charset for sending messages:" line.

I set it on ISO-8859-1 (I know that UTF-8 is better, but sadly some forums can't work properly with it).

-Whenever I create a new message, the charset defaults to ISO-8859-15 (Right).

-Whenever I reply an ISO-8859-15-encoded message, the charset defaults to ISO-8859-15 (Right).

-Whenever I reply a message in any other encoding (even ISO-8859-1!), the charset defaults to UTF-8 (Wrong).

This causes a lot of messages to be sent with the wrong encoding.

I think that this bug is related to #593.
