Also, the attachment menu has only one menu entry: Show Attachments Only (what's the purpose of that function anyway, I can't imagine any use case for that?) If I click on Show Attachments Only, the iTip attachment is displayed, and now the attachments menu is complete too. Agree that there is no need for the 'Show attachments only' button. This has been removed. Turns out that there was a logic issue in the inline "show all" display. Maybe this fixes things for you?
