I have the same problem, but I can't determine yet why it works for a few users and it doesn't for the others. We use Dimp as our webmail, and I noticed that the users who have the errors don't have the Turba menu entry, while I set in dimp/config/conf.php : $conf['menu']['apps'] = array('ingo','turba'); I tried to play with permissions without success until now.
