   <description>Technically, we only need a valid Horde_Db adapter, which right now requires either PDO or mysqli. I&#039;ve added a test for both of those to kronolith&#039;s test.php.

I put it in kronolith only for now, but this is really a dependency of the Horde_Db class - so once more apps make use of Horde_Db, this should probably be moved to Horde proper.</description>
