This address book is not listed in her address book prefs. Only "My Address Book" is listed. How can the user access shared contacts if the address book is not listed in his address book? Another thing I have noticed. If I go to Administration->Setup->Shares and I change the Shares Drivers from SQL to DataTree, I see the shared address book from all authentified user. The "My Address Books" page only shows the address books that are created by the current user. All the address books that the user has read access to should be visible in the user's address books options. (Optiions->Address Book (Turba) -> Address Books. All the address books selected to be used should be visible in the horde side bar If all you did was switch to the data tree driver from the sql share driver (and nothing else) and you are now seeing the address books that you are expecting, then you must have created those address books using the data tree driver and failed to migrate them to sql shares when switching drivers.
