But if the whitelist / blacklist rules are disabled, they are displayed anyway. It would be fine if disabled rules will be hidden since they do not work. I have not checked how spam and vacation behave. Other applications might provide those services. Thus you have to remove the blacklist and whitelist entries from Ingo's 'provides' stanza in horde/config/registry.php.
