It sounds like you have bad data in your identity preference and will need to purge those entries giving you problems from your pref backend.</description>

We debuged it and it&#039;s sure now that it&#039;s the identity field causing the problem.

If no identity is created then the error is there. But, there&#039;s no identity after the user is created by default. So for every new user the error will be there and for every old user, who is not using the identity too.</description>
