the locale files for Date_Holidays resp. the pear/data direc

the locale files for Date_Holidays resp. the pear/data directory is missing in Horde Webmail 1.2.3-rc1 and also in Horde Webmail 1.2.3-final. Due to this, holidays in kronolith will only be displayed in English.

There is also a hard coded $data_dir in

 horde/pear/Date/Holidays/Driver.php

that points to

 $data_dir = "/srv/www/htdocs/horde/groupware/pear/pear/data";

copying a recent Date_Holidays locale tree into horde/pear/data and modifying the hard coded path above fixes the issue on my site.
