In Horde Groupware Webmail Edtion 1.2.2 (Fedora 10, Apache 2) when attempting to add a second identity the first is deleted. The problem seems identical to Bug#7828 Multiple identities not saving in imp/horde with the exception I'm using the Horde Groupware Webmail Edtion distribution VS the Horde/IMP distribution. I have tried updating the String.php as indicated but that created other problems to which I reverted back to my original file.

One thing to note I did have multiple identities so at one point with Horde Groupware Webmail it was working. It has been so long since I have added one I cannot pinpoint a time frame.

I have also tried Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 1.2.3-RC1 and the same problem exists.

From the horde log 2 lines of interest:

[imp] Hook _prefs_change_hook_identities in application horde not called. [pid 18575 on line 1688 of "/var/www/webmail/lib/Horde.php"]

[imp] Hook _prefs_change_hook_default_identity in application horde not called. [pid 18575 on line 1688 of "/var/www/webmail/lib/Horde.php"]

No apparent errors in the Apache Logs.

Kind Regards,

This *is* the same like bug #7828. Please make sure that during you locally patching String.php and updating to 1.2.3-RC1, you didn't break String.php. Check that the change from the patch in that ticket exists in your verson of String.php.

I manually patched String.php vs. updating the entire file and the problem was resolved in Horde Groupware Webmail Edtion 1.2.2. I have not tried anything with Horde Groupware Webmail Edtion 1.2.3-rc1 although looking at String.php the fix is applied there, I must have been mistaken.

Please close this bug as it is a duplicate.
