We use cyrus with PTS, and users / groups authorization are fetched from LDAP. So, the mailbox list is not an accurate view of the available users, but the framework information is accurate. Also, in this case, it should not depends on the "admin" option, as one does not need to have admin rights to ask for user/group list. Thanks !
