(Attaching a file to an email, but when it is received - the attachment is not there.) The pattern seems to be that if spell-check is on (options-mail-message composition, "check spelling before sending a message"), the attachment is dropped. When spell-check is turned off, the attachment works as expected. Workaround: After identifying your attachment, click on "update" - then it stays attached.
