On the filter rule page when user selects " Deliver to folde

On the filter rule page when user selects " Deliver to folder" as the action the default action is create new one, but it never asks what name to use unless another folder is selected and then the "Create new Folder" selection is re-selected - then the javascript popup pops up. If this is not done the rule is created bu incorrectly as it does not create the script correctly.

Maybe inbox should be the default, requiring the user to select "Create new"
